Find the email you just received from us and open it.

Gmail: Click the three dots in the top right of the email and select "Add to contacts" or "Mark as not spam" if it landed in junk.

Outlook / Hotmail: Right-click the email and select "Mark as not junk" or add admin@zenithma.ca to your safe senders list under Settings.

Apple Mail: Open the email and click the sender's name or address, then select "Add to VIPs" or add to contacts.

Onboarding Journey.

Starting from today, you will receive regular emails from our team over the next 12 weeks. These are designed to help you get the most out of your membership from day one.

Gym rules, etiquette, what to wear and what to bring to your first class.
Weeks 3–5
Understanding our programs, class structure and how to get the most from your training.

Gym culture, what we stand for and the Zenith leadership philosophy.

Sparring, competition and what growth looks like at Zenith over time.

Next Steps

You're All Set. Here's What to Do Now.

Check the Schedule
Log in to your member portal to view the class schedule and book your first session. We recommend booking ahead so you are guaranteed a spot.
Come Ready to Train
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. Gloves and hand wraps are recommended — if you need help with equipment, just ask one of our coaches before class.
Introduce Yourself
When you arrive for your first class, introduce yourself to the coach. Let them know it is your first session and they will make sure you are set up and comfortable before class begins.
